Clubhouse Rental

The clubhouse can be rented for events by the homeowners only. The pool cannot be rented or used for clubhouse rentals.

Homeowners are allowed 1 free rental per year. Every rental after that will cost $20.00 to be paid at booking. 

A $50.00 security deposit is required for every booking. The security deposit will be returned after the event is over and a board member has inspected the clubhouse to ensure it is free of damage and suitably cleaned.
