HOA Dues

HOA dues are to be paid yearly by February 15th for the current year. Late fees will be assessed for payments made after that date unless arrangements have been made with the Treasurer.

Check - Make payable to Birdsong Estates HOA. Place payment in the Clubhouse mailbox at 7438 Overcreek.

Cash - Given directly to the Treasurer with receipt provided. We are not responsible for lost cash that was not handed to the Treasurer with receipt provided.
